This just came to my attention, but apparently the Cookie Monster on Seaseme Street no longer eats cookies, he only eats VEGETABLES. wtf?!

    Umm… I watch Sesame Street with my kid just about everyday, and I can assure you that the C-Man still eats cookies. Actually, he still eats everything (cookies, the letter of the day, fruit, veggies, furniture, you name it) with his favorite being cookies.

    Even so, kids are easily encouraged. To have the cookie monster eat vegetables is simply a matter of promoting good habits in kids. It seems strange that we would lose our mind on the cookie monster having to eat food that is good for you.
